- Maintain chamber’s website, web security and marketing.
- Complete understanding of Windows Server System, IP Networks and Routing, Domain Management, Internet Management, Bandwidth Management and Sound knowledge of Mailing Systems.
- Have good knowledge and practical experience Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress, Flash Animation, Action Script, 3D Animation etc.
- Have good knowledge and practical experience on Printing and Publishing related work.
- Sound knowledge on MS Office and accounting software. (must know Bengali type)
- Drafting of letters, reports etc in English and Bangla and perform various errands as per guideline of the Executive Director.
- Maintain the guideline of immediate supervisor and provide support to such matters as event management and related tasks.
- Supervise the maintenance of various office equipments printer/photocopy machine/phone/fax/AC etc.
- Providing support in chamber’s administrative matters.
- Candidates should have good academic background with Post-Graduation in Computer Science or relevant other disciplines
- Mminimum 4 years practical experience in web administrative job, especially in IT management related job.
- The applicant must be fluent in English and good in drafting and documentation.
- Applicants with trade association and event management experience may be given extra credence.
- Highly experienced persons are also welcome.
