Payroll Analyst
Location Dhaka.

$Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
$ Ensure monthly payroll is disbursed to bank on time;
$Responsible for insurance inclusions, exclusions and medical claim settlement of national employees;
$ Responsible for submission of form 108 to Bangladesh Government;
$ Ensure national employee tax certificates are issued on time;
$ Coordinate and ensure new employee medical & security clearances are received on time;
$ Ensure new employee bank account is opened on time;
$Ensure final settlement check disbursed to outgoing employee on time;
$ Responsible to review expatriate Travel & Expense Account (TEA);
$ Ensure data privacy requirements are meet for payroll data;
$ Administer R&A approvals from the committee and ensure on time disbursement;
$ Issue letter of introduction for employee bank loans;
$ Accountable for issuing Employee Action Notices for all organizational changes;
$ Track new employee probation periods and ensure supervisors are engaged to take appropriate actions;
$ Make sure all the audit requirements related to payroll are addressed and fulfilled
